I turned up without booking in and asked for some advice as my wheel was vibrating when I was on the motorway. A very kind man told me to leave my van with them and they would look at it when the ramp was free. He then fixed my van and did not charge me as he said it was just a loose bolt, very kind, generous and genuine garage. Thank you!
