Recently I was looking for a part for my Saab 9-5 and although this garage was unable to supply the part, they gave me the part numbers. This was very helpful in that I was able to find the part and have it filled at another Saab dealer

Many thanks to Cassie and Craig for their professional service whilst purchasing my new Corvette C8 from Ian Allan Motors. I have seen many reviews and comments on forums/social media about the lack of information from Ian Allan during the purchase process. However, if they did a little more research on worldwide Corvette forums, they would find that it shows that the lack of information is from GM and the purchasers in all countries including the USA suffer from the same problem. I found all the staff at Ian Allan to be courteous and helpful whenever I have spoken to them. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and I will certainly be using them to service my Corvette.

Very fair and reasonable. I thought I needed new brake pads as a part of the service. They said pads would need replacing soon - could last 1 more service. I appreciated that they could have charged me for that job now. This is now "my local" garage, and happy to continue with them.

Fantastic my Nissan car need engine mount and I also asked them to look into a bad running sometime taken in mind that Nissan have done 3 x services on car. The mechanic James after test drive thought it was bad spark plugs and sure enough it was. It’s like a driving a new car no kangaroo. Also all staff are so friendly and price great friendly staff THANK YOU

Servicing a car is basic stuff, oil, filter, plugs... yes thank you. Anyone can do that, you might as well take your car to a Halfords service centre. You will get the same job done. The reason you go to a main dealer on top of regular servicing is for specialist diagnostic and maintenance, I must say, my experience of Ian Allen is shocking.... lack of communication, phone calls and emails not replied to.... as you can probably assume, I collected my car with a bill for £1000+ with nothing resolved. I could go on but you might find it boring.
