I would highly recommend Fastlane Guildford. They did an excellent job repairing the bodywork of my VW Golf after an accident. James Lankaster dealt with all the difficult bits and kept me informed regularly on the progress of the repair. Excellent customer service. The car was delivered back to me looking as good as new.

I was referred to Fastlane Paint and Body via Audi as I needed a repair to my RS4. The service I received from Fastlane was 5 star. James Lankaster who I dealt with was excellent. He explained the process really carefully, managed my expectations from the outset, and kept me updated on the progress of my repair. The repair job that the team performed, which was a new bumper being fitted is first class. I think it was Sam who did the repair and I am so pleased with the finished result. Could not recommend highly enough.

We booked my A4 into Fastline Guildford after an accident where I was not at fault. The repair consisted of rear bumper, rear drivers side, alloy replacement. In terms of the beginnings of communication received, particularly from Reese was good. The overall repair to the panel damage and paint job excellent.
However, a couple of issues we encountered has left us quite disappointed with overall service considering that it was purchased from Audi in mint condition I feel Fastlane could have done a lot better.
First issue - was three given dates for the vehicle to be returned. Which were cancelled on the day at the time due. It was then delivered to us after 5 weeks of repair with substantial damage on the rear quarter window trim and rubber and also to inner door trim (both damages were not there before). To add it was filthy inside. Fastlane took the car back and replaced. We collected the car at the site in order to do a walk round with them, car was returned clean and what we thought was no further damage. Since then we have had issues with plastic trimming around the boot lid including a broken handle. Considering that this was immaculate before and as they had taken the boot apart it is obvious the damage was caused by Fastlane. As per social accounts, high end cars are looked after. Mine obviously isn’t high end enough to Fastlane. I am now seeking to take my car elsewhere to fix the further damage caused.

Excellent service, vehicle came back looking new. Particularly impressed with the regular email progress updates whilst my car was off the road. Would highly recommend Fastlane and definitely use them again.

Had my Audi Q5 repaired by Fastlane Guildford recently. Excellent service from start to finish. James Lankester was brilliant and kept me updated always - never had to chase.Repairs were done to a very high standard and repaired car was swiftly dropped home at no cost. Could not recommend Fastlane highly enough.
