Barry Service Centre

If you want good honest service, this is the place to go. A friend of mine to recommended Barry's son, Gary and his team. I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to find a good, honest, car garage! For once I am actually looking forward to taking the car in for the rest of the works it needs. It's such peace of mine for me knowing I won't get ripped off. Good honest garage's are hard to come by these days.

I have used Barry’s Service Centre for many years. In fact manager, Gary recommended me to a car 15 years ago, which proved to be very reliable. Over the years, he has fixed our various cars most satisfactorily.
In 2015, they successfully brought my old Volvo T70 T5 back to life, whilst two other Cambridge garages were not successful. Barry’s experienced mechanics worked magic on my Volvo, and more than 3 years later it is still running well..

UPDATE following successful repairs:

My 15 year old Volvo V70, which was on the verge of being scrapped, has been successfully repaired at Barry's Service Centre, after two other Cambridge garages failed to get it going.
Barry's Service Centre, have done an excellent job. My car is running like new, and I will only use them in future.
I had been using them for 14 years previously, but after buying this car, I took it to a different mechanic, who was not good, and I was given the impression that the car was unrepairable.
I am delighted with the work carried out at Barry's Service Centre, and would recommend them highly. As a member of the Consumer Association, I am asking them to put Barry's Service Centre on the 'Which Local' recommended list.

Been going to this garage for years. Honest estimates given and usually within range of prices. Very prompt reliable trustworthy service. Good Covid 19 rules and regulations in place. A pleasant experience.

Was quoted 600£ by Marshalls for 2x rear shock absorbers. It cost 244£ with Barry's service centre for gen shocks. Dropped car off at 10am had it back by lunchtime. I think I spoke to a gentleman called Gary. Friendly, had a laugh, great customer service and very much stress free.

Quoted £240 for 2 X brake pads to be replaced by Honda, Barry did the the job for £90. Dropped the car off first thing and ready to pick up at 1pm.

Barry's have always been brilliant, but they have outdone themselves this week. I broke my leg so they are collecting my car for its MOT. Several times they've done small fixes FOC. They are the best!
