By 11am the following day i was surprised to get a call to say it was ready for collection! I will never take a diesel vehicle anywhere else due to the prompt and professional service i have received. Highly Recommended for all and any Diesel vehicles!!!
So taking into account that recommendation and dozens of others people have let him here, it looks like a reliable mechanic, but in my experience, only 1 visit, and probably the last one, I can't agree with all those other reviews.
First thing, I don't like those garages where you leave your car to fix something, and the following day you collect it you notice and realize that now you have a bigger issue to fix. Of course garages never touched anything and never had nothing to do about it.
Second thing, when first thing happens, I don't like some of the jobs done in the car and you paid for does not appear in the final invoice.
Third thing, has to be with expectations, if I take the car to change oil, check a couple of things in particular and also make a full check of car's status in general, I'm expecting, first what ever you change in the car, at least offer me or show me the old parts or things you removed, as prove of honesty and transparency, even more if this is my first visit to your garage, second I would like to know brand and quality of the Oil you put in the car, even more if I let the mechanic decide which would be the best, I would also like to have the mileage for the next advice change it, we could say feel that you care about me as a customer and care about keeping me as a customer. And finally, I would also like the mechanic advice in next important services, talking about cam belt change mainly, or things to pay attention until next visit.
Well, nothing of this happened, so I'm kind of disappointed, I was expecting more from a recommended mechanic.
To be fair, I still don't fully know this service, but first impression matters and usually defines everything. Hope this helps.

Dropped my car first thing and was ready before lunchtime, never even got to order my Wetherspoons lunch :-)
I had had a very long drive, so I was having some problems with my car, but I was not sure what it was. They were really good and found all sorts of issues and were kind enough to solve them, even though they were very busy. The communication was so good, they helped me understand what the issues were and what they had to do and they even changed my tires with new ones through some collaborators. I just left my car there and came back the next day and everything was solved. They were fast, professional and so kind and nice to me.
And the next time, a month later, I just showed up with no appointment, because something felt wrong with my car and they solved everything then too.
I am so very grateful to them and would like to say "thank you so much for everything" again! I would give 10 stars if possible. :)
