Binks of Beccles

I had my car serviced today at Binks, All staff were great. The mechanic also pointed out another falt with the front coil spring it looks on inspection that it had been broken for some time. As i was a mechanic i am glad they pointed this out as i know the potential danger this may had caused Ie Slash the tire/damage breaking system. Although it cost me over double than first quote i am glad they reported and replaced. Thanks all at Binks of beccles. Highly recommended and the speedy service. I love my car i perchaced from here last year.

I bought my wife a BMW Z4 from Binks a few weeks ago - the car ticked all the boxes, and I purchased with confidence in the knowledge of Bink's strong reputation for customer service. I enjoyed the no-pressure sales environment, and the opportunity to spend plenty of time looking over the car at my own pace.

Whilst the car was prepared and detailed to a high standard I did need to get in touch with them a few days after purchase to highlight a few issues, and was impressed with their approach and attitude of wanting to work with me towards a resolution - which didn't require that I return back to the dealership for remedial works, instead enabling me to leverage local services which was infinitely more convenient.

The car is fantastic and proudly wears its Binks of Beccles badging... and subsequently it's inherited the name and is now referred to as 'Binks'. Thanks Dean, Marc, and the detailer that accompanied me on the test drive (can't recall his name).

Since living in the Beccles area over the years our family have purchased over 6 cars from this company. Several have been passed from one family member to another in their lifetime.

My granddaughter recently purchased a Fiat 500, and we have now just completed on a Kia Picanto.

The Kia was in excellent condition, and is a quite remarkable car. We're very pleased with it and have no qualms in recomending Binks based on our experiences.

We've found all cars purchased over the years reliable and well presented. All have proved to be reliable.

I purchased our Mercedes GLC from Binks of Beccles back in April this year but completely forgot to leave a review for them.

A very professional and friendly dealership to deal with. I travelled up from Sussex on the train to drive the car back so hadn't seen it prior to purchase- I needn't have worried, it was literally in showroom condition. I am incredibly fussy when it comes to cars but I couldn't find a fault with it.

Highly recommended. As you'll see I had the chrome bits blacked out!

This was the first garage I went to upon my return to Suffolk. Why? Because myself and my family have been using them for years. No change since we moved away 12 years ago. Same efficient service with pleasant staff. Only required a MOT on this occasion but will definitely be booking my service with them when it's due later this year.
