Sasho is brilliant, very experienced with Smart cars and I have been going to him for about 20 years. He can provide a courtesy Smart car and will investigate any problems that are worrying you. He is honest and straightforward with you, which is probably why he is very busy! I believe he charges a fair price and each bill is itemised so you can see what everything costs. If you want genuine parts that's fine and if you prefer after-market parts that's OK, he will give you prices for both and let you decide. I would recommend him to any Smart car owner. I travel from Somerset to Guildford because I'm pleased with his work.

Now sold my smart car but have always had excellent service from Smart cars in slyfield estate. Would always recommend them. Feel sorry I am leaving.

If you have a Smart car, show it some love and take it to Sasha and Michelle. I regularly make the journey from Dorset and it's well worth the hassle. No one knows Smart cars or looks after them better.

Only bought my 2013 Smart 9 months ago so this was my first experience of having a vehicle garage serviced - I also have old VWs we work on ourselves so I was a little apprehensive. I chose Smart Car Specialist based on their reviews and I’m not disappointed as it was a totally positive experience. A full B service completed resulting in vastly improved brakes and handbrake, a perkier car to drive home (good road test as I live an hour’s drive away), but best of all they fixed an infuriating rattle by finding and replacing a missing trim clip.
Very reasonable price, the car was left clean and tidy, along with friendly, professional service from people who are clearly Smart enthusiasts. I’ll be returning and thanks guys 👍

Absolutely fantastic service. I just purchased a Smart fourtwo, and the guys were super helpful. I booked my car in for a full service and they kept me updated all through the day confirming what was been done. Even additions bits I wanted fitted, they sorted out and fitted with no delay or issues. Very happy with price, service and professionalism. Really friendly and even offers a loan car, which I did not need. Some of the major dealers need to take some tips from these guys as they are fabulous on price, customer service and quality. Just wish they could do other brands besides Smart so I could bring my other cats to them to get serviced. Thanks guys really appreciated all you did. 10/10

I have great appreciation for Sash and Michelle. Sash attention to detail, great communication made the experience relaxed and happy. The car looks great after he performed body work on it and I give him credit to the work he put into the car.
