I cannot recommend Neil’s Autos enough, I’ve been going to them for quite some time now and would never go anywhere else, they ensure my work vehicles are never off the road, it’s nice to be able to trust that they won’t rip you off. Their work is always of a very high standard and nothing is never to much trouble. They are very reasonably priced and I have recommended them to lots of people and will continue to do so. They are an absolute credit to the industry!

This is hands down the best garage in Wolverhampton. We live close by and have used them multiple times a year for four years. Whenever we have a problem with one of our cars, big or small we can usually get it booked in and fixed quickly. The lads are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They’ve always charged reasonable amounts and it’s usually far less than we were expecting! MOTs get booked and done no fuss. I can highly recommend this family run garage. Top notch service from Josh and the lads. Five stars every time!

Came here with my wife's I10, the sunroof was having issues and not closing and as we were nearby we called in.

Josh came out to see us immediately even though he was working on a car, I explained the situation and he said leave it with me, 15 mins later he drove the car out to us and had fixed it, he talked us through how to close the sunroof should we have issues again.
The best bit.... they never charged us, like I would've happily paid for his time but they wouldn't have it.

It's hard to find decent people these days that do a fair days work for a fair price but Neil's have an old school, wholesome way about them and it's not all about money.

I have been back a few times and they've always looked after me.

They are affordable, honest, and always show me the removed or repaired part so i know what's been done. Neil, josh and the rest of the lads are extremely knowledgeable and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I always come away in good spirits because their banter and humour are top notch. Gold star lads!

Excellent family run business. Always go above and beyond to help out at short notice. Been taking my vehicles for the past few years, never had any issues and always a friendly professional service. Just had my MOT tested on my van, I was back on the road same day

I have been using Neil’s for years and they are always so helpful. Just had some suspension parts changed on my car and they turned it around in super quick time and collected my car from home on the lorry due to it having a wheel nearly falling off. If you’re considering using them, they come with a massive thumbs up from me.

Dean was absolutely brilliant in taking care of the issue with my Mercedes E class. He was able to explain the possible issue clearly in plain English he then performed a diagnostic to confirm the issue. Rare to find such a trusting individual and car garage, I live in Telford but will definitely be visiting this garage for all future issues.
