Had a leaking fuel filter replaced within 3 hours of calling. They towed the car for me free of charge and replaced the part for a great price! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and I have no complaints! Will definitely be recommending this garage to everyone!

Very polite and professional receptionists who got my car booked in next day for new brake pads, discs, calliper and new sensor wire. Very fair price and was back on the road the next day.
Had a cluster instrument problem and was going to have to have new clocks at an expensive price. These guys got in touch with a different place and it was sorted by them saving me a lot of money and time and had my car back a couple of days later. Fantastic garage

Went in for a MOT as just moved up here, these guys are brilliant, informative, good communication aswell, it failed MOT then needed work, they did the work and passed a MOT with no problems at a fair price, would recommend to anyone!

Thought it was good on first visit.
Had to return, they didn't want to know. Just kept saying leave your car and if we get time we will have a look at it .
Not happy! Would not recommend.

Booked my car in for a main service while this was been completed, they rang and informed me that another problem was found, this work was quoted and agreed. As always quality work, staff and great pricing. Have used Marc and his garage for over 3 years. And will continue to use. Friendly front of house staff, experienced staff. If these come up on your quote, please use them.

Where can I give 10 stars!? Fantastic garage with super friendly staff and reasonable prices. I first found them just before Christmas when my clutch unexpectedly went and having just moved to the area and with no other garages able to fit the car in, Pool Street were able to take my car, find the problem and have it fixed within the day or two! I have since been back for my MOT and have found the service and repairs to be second to none and will definitely be returning!

I accepted their quote for a service and MOT , they contacted me to arrange a day that I could take the car In.Got to the garage and I was greeted by Emma who was really friendly and helpful. I asked if it would be possible to put a bulb in for me, and they did it. Emma said she would phone me to tell me when my car will be ready. She was just as polite and professional on the phone. Went and picked up my car that was ready. Was told if I have any problems with my car take it back and they will be more than happy to have a look for me. I would recommend pool street garage. It is now my go to garage. Thank you.
