This gentleman really did my car proud and for an independent mercedes specialist well the sky's the limit with John he really knows his stuff would very highly recommend him to anyone who has a Mercedes benz car at there disposal.

Used Class Motor Services to get my Mercedes a service; and although everything was done, the price charged was exorbitant (£430 for a service).

I had been quoted before coming along that it would be around £300, and that was assuming certain things were required which ended up not being required.

The gents here charge £70/hour + VAT on labour, and as such they're very handsomely paid for the work they're doing. Although they are decent mechancis, I do not think the additional cost was worth it overall.

Plus, they had a 6-week wait, which to me is ridiculous considering how much they actually charge overall.

I will not be returning to Class Motor Services when I need another service, unfortunately.

Not had any work done yet. Seems he is very popular. 4 week wait. He appears to be very professional and knowledgeable.
Before John got his hands on my 2003 E270 CDI estate..I managed at best 42mpg on a run.
Now, on the last run I did..59.8mpg. The man is a magician not a mechanic.
