People that work there have a terrible attitude. We purchased a brand new car and it had a bug with the system where at times no sound. The car needed to be reprogrammed but wanted to charge us for a curtsy car. That’s not a curtsy car that’s a hire car. So from my point of view you have sold me a faulty car and are leaving me without a car while you fix the problem. Drop the car off first this Thursday morning 8am only to get a phone call at 5:30 to say the isn’t ready and you can picked up tomorrow because it’s good Friday and we are closed but you can Saturday. So that’s now another day without a car but still no offer of a curtsy car. Everyone we spoke to was rude and aggy, certainly not helpful. When we picked the car up I saw it hadn’t been cleaned which I wasn’t expecting but usually whenever I have dropped my car off before for whatever reason like a service it was just done. But when I looked at the invoice they have added car wash to it. So clearly it’s part of the service they should have done but didn’t. I would recommend driving a little bit further to another dealership atleast they might be able to just do their job.

Very poor after sales care at Wilson's and only after we experienced it, did we hear the horror stories from those that had bought from here before and experienced the same. Currently got one car with an offer to return it for a refund after having it in with the service team 8 or 9 times in 5/6 months! Gary is good, helpful and wants to help, but their ability in the service team is dreadful, they need training on how to properly service a car.

I have booked a my car service from the official dealer at Wilson Epsom, when I show up, there is no such record.
When I tried to show the receptionist my booking confirmation, they just don't care and mocking me about it.
I have to call the official dealer and after 30mins, Wilsons Epsom finally sent someone from their team.
No apology at all.
They are providing services on behalf of a number of brands, but I would recommend you to go somewhere.

I was able to work for a couple of hours in the waiting area whilst my car was serviced at Wilsons of Epsom. There was plenty of space and it was very quiet, so I was able to use my laptop. There is free Wi-Fi in the building if you need it.

The car service was completed on time, as promised and included a short video of the key points.

Event 1: gave the car for service and at midd day came to my attention that their mechanics broke the front bumper and my vehicle has to stay for few days. Received the car after few days and after couple of days of driving part of the bumper fell again which required another visit, another waiting.

Event 2: asked for an MOT and the advice was to change a tyre "immediately" as it was worn out and it was "dangerous" to drive, could lead to 3 points, they said. Accepted the advice and asked them to go ahead and put a new tyre. Luckily, the same tyre was punctured recently and took it to my local garage to repair. At that point the repairer noticed that Wilson put the wrong tyre size which is extremely dangerous and this would lead to points and prosecution if stopped by police. In high speed this could lead to fatal collision.

Conclusion: avoid this place at any cost. The place is run by none-professionals and reckless mechanics. The worst of the worst in motor industry has come together in one place and established a company so called 'Wilsons of Epsom.'

had my car serviced earlier this week. Called the day before and was given very clear in instructions by a lovely lady to explain where to drop the keys and park after hours. The next day was contacted by Carly to say the car was ready to collect took only a few hours. Pick up was a breeze again in and out within a few minutes. Great service, friendly staff.

Very disappointed. Booked the car in for a service to fix brake squeal. Made it quite clear on the booking form that this was the problem to be fixed. Took my car in at 8.30am and confirmed with the booking person that the brake squeal was the problem to be looked at. Car was first examined at 4.00pm when a normal service was completed with no consideration of the actual problem. Service manager Carly said she was not told about the problem although we had made it quite clear. Had to come home with a not fixed car and a bill for £166 service. Only use this garage if you want a 'regular' service and know there is nothing wrong with your car, otherwise avoid.

In response to Wilsons' response to my review... as I said, we were quite clear to the person booking in my car when we arrived that this was the problem to be looked at and it is disingenuous of Wilsons to blame this solely on the Hyundai booking system when it is clearly their staff at fault. After the event I did take up with Wilsons how to get my brakes fixed and was offered diagnostics (only) for a further £99. As I said before avoid this garage.

I despair of the MG EV service team. Recently I was booked for a service, on arrival I was told they could not do the necessary software update but would call me later to arrange update. But went ahead with the rest. Service took 3 hours not 2! Heard nothing about update so chased them up, after toing & froing arranged new date. Rang them on the day and was told no booking existed! Finally agreed to take it. This time they still did the whole service again so my first visit was pointless. Why didn't it occur to them originally to have called me & tell me to come another day when they could do the full service?
30 Jan 2023. Update:Sent email as requested. No response after 21 days. Abysmal! You have been warned what to expect.
