Unbelievable service took my BMW 3 gt in for a mot, straight to the point and was very honest throughout. Very good prices and friendly service and staff, I then had my bmw 1 hit by another car, which I had really bad body damage, he took the car got it all repaired and sorted my brakes and exhaust out within a week! The car came back looking beautiful, I won’t use anyone else going forward. Honest friendly, service and always keeps you up to date on all the work that was done. Highly recommend

DO NOT USE AT ANY COST. Saw Monza for an MOT recently, which it failed, but due to various reasons had the work on my vehicle carried out elsewhere. Returned to Monza for MOT at which point they noticed that the coil spring was fractured so it re-failed and I took it away to get further work done on vehicle at which point 2 further fractures in the coil springs were discovered (thankfully the garage where the work was being done were thorough and checked the other side). All a bit faffy on my part but got there eventually. Returned to Monza for final check and asked politely why none of the fractures were noticed on the initial MOT (should have been an automatic fail). I understand that fractures can happen at any time and am prepared to admit that one of them did happen since the initial check, but the others were rusted and had been very corroded and likely broken for some time- pre-initial check). 'Pep' who I had been dealing with at the garage throughout was there when I queried this and he completely flew off the handle at me. He passed the MOT this time but afterwards he swore at me and when I tried to (again calmly) get to the bottom of the spring issue he threatened to re-fail my car and said he knew where I lived. No matter what the case of the springs, I would not want to give these people my money based on this horrible behaviour, and I urge others to do the same. I'll be making an official complaint and would like an apology, maybe when 'Pep' (large, balding head) has had chance to calm down.

We were able to purchase a car at an affordable price. The Monza staff has always been very diligent and honest in dealing with some of the things that needed to be replaced or repaired after the purchase.

The staff were quick to respond to the repairs found prior to our long-distance trip, and also dealt smoothly with our three-month warranty, which helped us to accomplish our big trip without any problem.

Had my car MOT last month and just yesterday my car serviced with Monza. Excellent service throughout and friendly staff. Started to use this garage a over a year ago and wouldn't go anywhere else - 5 stars!!!!

Amazing service, went out of their way to make sure my car got sorted in time. Polite and reliable, called back when they said they'd call back and got the job done in the time frame they said they would.

Excellent service every time never had an issue in all the years using Monza. Don't listen to the bad reviews you do get some idiots about trying to sabotage people's reps due to there own stupidity.

Had the car's MOT done this morning. Excellent, friendly service. Will certainly return when required!
