Arnold Service Centre

We took our car in as having problems with our gear box. They looked at it straight away, didn't charge to look it over and then recommended we take it to a gear box specialist...always a good sign when a garage gives good service without feeling like they are just trying to take your money! We have been there before for other work and always been happy with the service we've received so would definitely recommend this garage to others.

Lovely garage very welcoming from the lady on the phone taking my query to the mechanic in the garage. I didn't realise it was here, but shall definitely be back in the future.

Can't rate them highly enough. Both my visits have been at short-notice when their diaries are full but they've still taken me in and managed to solve the issues swiftly. Good, honest, and clearly take pride in their work. Lovely people to deal with.

Excellent service from booking to finish.
Fixed all the known issues with my car and completed MOT for a very good price. I would certainly recommend to anyone.

My mum has been a customer at the garage for over 18 years and Gary and Linda have always been more than accommodating. They fit me in last minute today (the day before Christmas Eve!) which was incredible and serviced my car really quickly. We have never been anything other than fully satisfied with their service :)

Booked my car in for a full service at Arnold Service Centre in October. I mentioned to Linda that I could smell fumes coming through the heaters, Linda said she would mention this to the mechanics. Everything seemed fine after the service, I could still smell fumes, but thought nothing of it, until I was coming back from a long trip & the car started to lose power. Had the RAC out to look at the fault, as soon as the RAC guy started the engine he could smell fumes through the heaters. He said the EGR valve & fuel injector needs to be looked at & said it had been happening for months & not sure why no one had picked up on it. Took my car into another garage & as soon as he turned the ignition, he knew there was a fault. He said this should have been picked up by Arnold Service Centre, at the time of the service. DO NOT USE, been down to them & explained, basically fobbed off.

What an amazing find, used the garage on a recommendation, they have been amazing, spent a long time trying to get to the bottom of the problem, updated us along the way. Job done, car runs like new, very reasonable. I will definitely again and am very happy to recommend.

Honest, reliable, trustworthy, and very friendly. After trying a few garages in the area, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else now. As for prices, I doubt you'll find anywhere cheaper, although this is not a reflection in the service that you get, which is always professional and of a very high standard. In addition, all work is clearly explained to you. You really don't find many garages like this one anymore, and I tell everyone to take their car here now. Highly recommended!
