The service at Farnsfield Auto Centre is fantastic and very speedy - the friendly team always bends over backwards to help. Most recently they mended a broken rear suspension coil spring, in half a day, and managed to provide me with a courtesy car while it was being mended too! I would thoroughly recommend them!

As part of tyre fitting service they should have carried out a brake check, as per service conditions. They said they did. This is not true, a week later pads and discs had to be replaced, with 85% and 90% worn pads. They have been reported. Avoid

Fantastic team, lovely people. I needed my car urgently looked at as I hit a kerb and they happily took my car in and checked it to ensure it was safe.

Never use it again. Taken ages on completing the job through warranty. Car been with them 7 days and on the end got it back. Car also has been given back to me dirty ,full of mud and dirt! Also claimed from warranty for a new part even tho I supplied the second hand one (dealer did). Be aware . Not very honest garage. Stay away. We have authorised £318 plus VAT towards the labour and £805.94 plus VAT for parts." Quoted from warranty. Warranty company didn't even knew that part was supplied already second hand by the dealer. Yet you tried to claim for a new part even though you installed a part supplied by me. Obviously I would preferably wanted a new part but someone was trying to get some extra income on the side? Ps part installed in my car is second hand. Get the facts right! Car was left dirty as picture below. Very unprofessional garage . Will never use again.

These guys are great. I stayed in the area and had a slow puncture. They ordered me a tyre and sorted it straight away. Their communication was brill and they were very trustworthy, good value too and a good clean job. Would recommend.

Shoutout to Farnsfield Autocentre. When I got home today I noticed one of my brake lights was out - drove round to FAC and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently, and payment was refused. Thank you to Lee and colleagues, great service. Recommend.
