Had a major problem with my car & was going home the following day as on holiday & the owner who was working on his own at the time was snowed under with work but dropped everything to remedy the problem which needed the rear brake pads changing. I had a problem with what I thought was my car gears while on holiday, which was worrying. Although he was very busy, Mark, the owner of the garage, took the car for a test drive, reassured me and didn't charge anything for this act of kindness!

On holiday from Hampshire and discovered my newly acquired car, despite having a new 12 month MOT, had perished windscreen wipers. As it rains occasionally in Yorkshire (!) I needed to get them replaced. Mark was really helpful over the phone and said he would order and arrangements were made for me to call in this morning. On arrival, greeted by Nathan who fitted the new blades in a few minutes and I was on my way. Fantastic, efficient &
friendly service and a reminder of why wherever possible I choose local businesses like this as opposed to main dealers. Thank you!
