Ravensthorpe Service Station

Here's my story. On Monday 21st December 2020, my car's front suspension failed, a broken coil spring. I had to be recovered to a garage by the RAC and I asked my neighbours for recommendations for repairers. Roy and the team were volunteered by two different families and my choice was made. The job was done on the 22nd and I was able to pick the car up on the morning of the 23rd. As far as I am concerned, that is the kind of excellent service that I'd dare not even hope for from a garage. I'll be taking my car to Ravensthorpe Service Station from now on and recommending the team whenever asked. My thanks to Roy and the guys for properly looking after me.

Service price for labour alone is the same amount as what a main dealer would have charged including the price of the parts, but to then have to pay the price of the parts on top was a little shock, however the main shock come when I found out labour prices on a couple of basic repairs was more than £300.00 - Additional parts and items replaced that did not need to be replaced all wile they kept adding the part prices up - The entire invoice come to around £200 to £250 more than a main dealer would have charged. Over inflating prices on parts and labour during the present pandemic and just before Christmas is unbelievable.

Family have used for years. Very friendly honest garage . Excellent quality work. 10/10.

Super local vehicle servicing and MOT. Always friendly, reliable and cost effective. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Left car in for brake fluid service. Fluid checked and found to be perfect. It was topped up and car returned with no charge. Where do you find honesty like this in the motor trade. SHOP LOCAL!

Booked in for a 7.0am MOT, had a brilliant experience, very friendly and efficient, put a lighting fault right free of charge, came away happily with a pass. Thank you!
