Castle Motors

After moving to the area 3 years ago I tried a number of garages for service, MOT and faults on my 2 cars which all ended in bad experiences. Then I Found Andy and his team at Castle Motors Heswall. They Provide an excellent service and it's good to find a garage who won't carry out unnecessary work. They will provide courtesy cars while the work is carried out so you are never left without transport. I also recently found out when requiring 4 new tyres for both of my cars that they supply and fit all brands and a new one Davanti which I've tried and certainly buy them again.

Rang last minute as car was due an MOT.they were fully booked but managed to squeeze me in as a favour. Lovely friendly atmosphere,fab guys,job quickly and well done,see you next year,and thanks again

Andrew and Dave are absolutely fantastic. I would trust them with any car I had. They always do their best to fit you in even when busy and they completed my work very fast and efficiently. If anyone knows about cars, they do! They always give me excellent advice and have always done a fabulous job on all my cars and I wouldn’t use anyone else. They always go out of their way for you and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Andy is an angel. My car had a puncture on the side of the road near to his garage. I was completely stuck and stranded, with my elderly mother, on a freezing cold day. Andy stopped the job he was already doing and came out to the road where my car was stuck. He put my mind at rest and fixed my tyre and refused to take payment. I've donated to charity instead at his request. I have not been to Castle Motors before but will be taking my car from now on. Thank you so much, Andy. I won't forget your kindness.

I was recommended to Andy through a friend. I took my car to Castle thinking something was wrong so had it checked out but they tested it completely free and it turned out to be fine. Thank you for putting my mind at ease! I’ll be using you when i need you!

Booked me in for an MOT but I had to cancel, managed to slot me in today and done within the hour. Professional and a nice bunch too ! Will be using permanently from now on! Thanks fellas!
