Absolutely great customer service, turned our vehicle round in one day, having carried out multiple repairs. Got the van back on time, drives like new and bill was a lot less than expected. We will be using this garage for all our vans now. Thanks again guys, great job

Outstanding service on a Bank Holiday. Puncture repair carried out efficiently. Friendly staff; this was the first time we (my wife actually) have used this business, but it won't be the last.

I have zero knowledge of car mechanics and in the past have found the process intimidating, fearing being overcharged and not understanding the work being done to my cars.

My recent experience with Andrew Dodds Autocare was the complete opposite with friendly and approachable staff, a clean and inviting environment and clear communication about the work being carried out.

The large premises suggests it is a premium business with prices to match however I found them to offer excellent value for money and yet still deliver a premium service. A family run business with what appears to be a positive environment with excellent customer care.

I will have no hesitation in returning later this year for any additional services, MOTs and maintenance repairs.

I went here due to a breakdown. Team were very helpful and the price felt competitive. Swift fix and got me back on the road.

This might be interpreted as a negative review, it's not intended to be that. My V70 had an occasional and minor stutter which, given its nature, they were, not surprisingly, unable to replicate or fix. That didn't stop them exploring all avenues in an attempt to isolate the fault and recommend the next course of action . I thank them for their time and effort
