Put my car in for simple job and damaged the car with the 4 post ramp and I never notice till car was moted couple months later,mentioned it to them they blamed apprentices no apology or over to pay for the damage,had been using them for a while thought them try keep the customers happy

Took our Audi in for them to find and rectify a broken electrical wire to do with the air con system.
AUDI in Glasgow had quoted around £500 to locate and fix problem.
Marshalls garage done the job for £71.

Hi, do not really believe the bit about friendly staff I found them extremely rude, the girl on reception is a Ned with no manners at all, the guy that Ian left in charge Robert is about intelligent as a disabled monkey!! Absolutely appalled by his lack of knowledge, and his manners will never ever use again can not even understand English not a pleasant experience!👎

We took our car in for an MOT and from the start of the drop off we were met with rude service. The guy we dropped out car off with seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else but having to deal with us. When we then got call to advise what needing fixing the lady on the phone was so rude, saying that everything they priced us for was needed for MOT. We had no issue with cost as if its needed then it's needed. More at the way they feel they can talk to customers who chose them.

We then asked for a CB to see if we could get car fixed that day as needed car for work. When we were forced to CB after no-one called us we were again greeted with a rude person on the phone talking down to us.

We have used Marshalls for a couple of years but after this experience we will not be back. Out of all the things we all need to deal with in our daily lives, I cannot abide rude people and bad customer service.

Needed an MOT done. They only have drop it off and we will get round to it some time today appointments.

MOT as you wait can’t be done here!

Great friendly staff, quickly done the job good price too. Will be using this gsrage from now on. 😄
