I called this garage and they don't usually come out to you but on this occasion they did and managed to get my 7.5t campervan back on the road. These guys very helpful and went above and beyond with their service! Highly recommend!

We drove up to the Highlands at the weekend when our car developed a knocking noise from the front end. We called into the garage on Tuesday to see if we could book it in. We were told to bring it in on Thursday morning for them to have a proper look. When Thursday morning came around and we dropped the car off, they had already ordered a couple of parts just in case. Turned out to be nothing serious in the end, and despite doing an unrelated repair, they wouldn't accept any payment for diagnosing the issue. Can't fault this garage and would recommend. Top people!! #not all heroes wear capes!

They literally saved us last week. My Zafira broke down in Fort Augustus, RAC sent me to them with a failed ignition coil, they said they won't have a new one till the next morning, but would let us sleep in the car by them (we're from the Midlands, and even to our accommodation was a 150 miles), but then they sorted it out in a half hour. Guys, I'll be eternally grateful for your help, the car survived the journey back home. Would recommend them any time, and although we'll be back to Scotland as soon as we can, I hope we'll never have to meet again for a service, but if we're there, all of you will be my guest for a tea or a pint, your choice.

We broke down on holiday in our 27 year old bongo . We received excellent and speedy service. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the cost was surprisingly low. Thank you West End Garage

Excellent service from being recovered from a dangerous road: yet another injector failure a very long way from home, and a rail strike. They got it repaired the next day asap. Thanks to you all!

This garage has excellent customer service They stepped up to help me out when brakes failed on my way back from Skye to Bristol unlike the AA The repaired was great I would not have made it home with out them. Their receptionist was very helpful making me a much needed tea. Whilst they worked on my motor I would recommend them to anyone every time and certainly will use them again next I am up that way
