Spent a lot of money in this place, tyres replaced, tracking, new clutch and 2 years on having to pay someone to sort out the work they didn’t do. Came away with a handbrake that doesn’t work, have had to have new sets of tyres due to their errors. Would avoid! Went there based on recommendation

I have been using this garage for years and i can't fault them! Always amazing service, friendly staff, and good value for money.... would never go anywhere else..

Well what can I say after spending not far from 1500 with AP AUTOMOTIVE PONTYPRIDD I’m left now in a worse state when I went there for a repair the abseloute lies was unbelievable having my vehicle for nearly 2 months and paying with cash they would only give me a receipt for the parts used and not for the labour when I asked why Andrew would not reply neither would Jordan telling me to get my driveshaft balanced which was not needed changing my tires from back to front which the never changed back at my request please please people stay from this firm I’ve experienced loosing a lot of money and my vehicle in a worse state Andrews comment was do what you like I work for the government discrase please do not use these cowboys be aware they are not mechanics abseloute shocking I have no words total shambles

I have know of and used Andrew and his team on and off for many years. They continue to offer an honest, transparent service that is always competitively priced. A warm and friendly customer focused welcome is always offered and a great explanation of all the works investigated and completed.

A great customer service experience and approach to problem solving that is often a headache to organise. A well organised service experience in a world that sadly seems to be excepting of lower and lower standards. Five star, well done guys,

Took my car here because the speedometer was broken and i wanted to find the problem. They charged me £80 to tell me the problem before doing any work. Its not worth going there unless you know whats wrong with your car, otherwise they take advantage of it and charge you loads just to tell you whats wrong - most garages do diagnostics for free.
EDIT : No they did not inform me of the price during my booking at all. I know it wouldnt be free but £80 is a lot for just a check.

Had both of my cars repaired and MOT’d at this garage and the work is outstanding! Very friendly staff and very helpful! And great prices ! Always will be my go to garage for anything on my current or future vehicles! Even went out of their way to try and fix my door stopper from clicking free of charge which was very kind ! Highly recommended !
