IRG Cardiff

Highly impressed with the repair work, it is faultless, and the car has been returned cleaner both inside and out than when it was delivered.
I am however left disappointed by the duration the car was with iRG, 16days, some 7 of which was purely waiting to have the cost of work estimated.
When a car is in a driveable condition I’m sure it would be better for all parties to have an appointment for quotation, and to have the car retuned until able to be taken in for the work to be carried out.
Again, greatly appreciate the quality of work, just delays letting the overall rating down on this occasion.

Two days after pickup, rusty spots appeared all over the car. the lack of professionalism and the grinding of metal next to the car damaged the paintwork and windshield of the car. the windshield has hundreds of minor damage.
I do not recommend such experiences to anyone.

Extremely awful experience. A 2 week job took over a month. Car had to be repainted 4 times after the repair as every time we collected the car the paint job was terrible. Constant delay, stress and overall a massive lack of professionalism and care for their work. Car came back each time worse off.

Worst company ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Referred here few years ago for a non-fault repair by Admiral. Had car for weeks, constant chasing and stress. Ridiculous turnaround times. Upon going to inspect ready car they have completely missed half of the damage and had to start again. Must have had their eyes closed.

Repairs arranged through insurance company. After having been let down by Enterprise car rental and having no hire car to get back, iRG kindly drove me home. Works completed to an excellent standard and on time. Cannot be happier

Unfortunately my vehicle was rear ended, it’s been with IRG for just over one month for repair…. They’ve done absolutely NOTHING!! They keep saying they are waiting for the rear light cluster to arrive, however I can order one for next day delivery??? They haven’t even started the repair, despite the light cluster being the last thing that’s required. Their communication has been appalling. I’m trying to run a business and not having the vehicle is losing advertising along with convenience due to the amount of stock on it. They ignore emails and don’t seem to care about how THEIR service provision for customers fall well below any expected service standards. I would definitely NOT recommend IRG.

It has taken IRG Cardiff 4 weeks to repair 3 broken windows and 2 tyres. 1 week on 'quality ' control and a day to wash the car. In line with my expectation the hub cap is missing on a wheel there is sea poo on the car and 20 minutes waiting still no sign of me being able to have my car. How IRG Cardiff keeps going I don't know. I would never recommend them. I still haven't had an apologise.

Excellent work repairing my car to a high standard, also cleaned inside and out which I wasn't expecting. A big thank you to Kirsty who dealt with my numerous questions promptly, much appreciated.
