Fantastic service from Matt and the team. I received a quote from jaguar to replace the front crankshaft seal on my jaguar X150 XKR, at a questionable number of labour hours and subsequently astronomical cost. Matt immediately described the necessary repair process in detail, to be completed in 8 hours less than the main dealer quote. After inspection, the necessary work included a replacement seal, water pump, two front lower wishbone arms (as the bushes had completely split, which was not recognised on the main dealer health check) and replacement auxiliary and supercharger belt (as they were due by mileage). All of this work was completed at a third of the main dealer quote for the seal alone. The team demonstrated fantastic knowledge of my car and provided an uncompromising service. I Would thoroughly recommend! Despite the garage being 60 miles from my house, I will be returning to them in the future!

Main dealer (Rybrook Conwy) was trying to rip me off for £1300 - £1500 to fix an electrical problem, the guys at North Wales Jag Ctr sorted it out quickly as it was a straight forward software issue, £80 later all fixed

I have been rendered quite speechless by North Wales Jag’s level of service, quality of work and frankly value for money. I from the area but live in London. My head gasket blew during a visit and I was desperate…Matthew and team jumped on it and literally pulled an all nighter. The top end of my 4 litre 6 was essentially rebuilt in 24 hours.

I have used well known Jaguar specialists all around Greater London and they do not touch this level of service and I suspect don’t have this level of knowledge.

We need businesses like this to thrive in order to keep our treasures roadworthy!

We were welcomed with kindness and an understanding that we were not the most car-knowledgable drivers. The garage looked over our car at no cost and explained what could have caused the warning light to appear. I could not recommend this garage more highly! Such lovely lads!
