Communication is very poor they didnt let us know what was being done to the car, they put an engine in the car with excessive milage on there, didnt check to see if we were happy with this. Each day price was changing as we were speaking to different people. We had to pay for parts upfront as they were not willing to pay. Eventually got my car home after 4 WEEKS and there was a screw in the tyre. Phoned them up the next morning to tell them they were not interested said that it could have happened on the way home and wouldnt have happened in the workshop. I am disgusted with the customer service this garage provides.

Great service friendly staff

Sent the car in with what we thought was alternator problems. Very poor communication throughout it was always me phoning for an update. They had the car for 2 weeks and nothing could be done apparently. When I got the car home I noticed that all the trim around the drivers door inside was hanging off. Really don't understand why that was even taken off. Wouldn't recommend this garage at all.

Went for my motorbike's MOT and it was fine and sorted a lot quicker than expected and we were home within an hour. All in all, real good experience.

Broke my wheel arch cover, this garage was nearby. They were able to safe my day and repair it straight away, would recommend this place to everyone very helpful staff
