They been telling me the part i need will be delivered "today" every single day for the past week. It's getting tiring and frustrating at this point. Every single time they do some work on the car a new problem arises soon after. All theyve done is long it out and mess around. Just tell me when my cars fixed instead of making me chase around. I just want an accurate day and time not false hope.

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I came down on the Tuesday with issues with my brakes. The person said he would personally see to my car and have it done for the following day. It came the following day, I asked about my car, the others had no idea my car was even there. And the person I spoke to didn’t even come to work. I phone the following day and asked again. They responded with, ‘oh, I forgot about your car. Can have it done by Monday’. No apologies or anything. Went from 1 day to 1 week waiting time. I had to miss 6 days of work because of this. At the end of the day, I didn’t force the person to give me his personal promise that he can get the car done the next day. He said it, not me. Then to respond with I forgot is completely unprofessional. Go to Gary Pinkard garage. Reliable guys they are

These guys were amazing. Travelled to Wales from Bournemouth and experienced trouble on the way.
They were quick with service, super polite and friendly, and I didn't feel intimidated as a single female going to a garage.
The work was done quickly, and they kept me up to date with everything.

Amazing experience. Took my car in fearing the worst after hearing the possible problems from other mechanics, and online help. Mike knew the problem instantly and I was driving away in a short space of time for a minimal fee. Highly recommended.
Changed my mind, overcharged for work on my previous car for a Front flexi repair, messed up the stereo system so it wouldn’t work, then when they got it working, the steering controls stopped working, then you had to switch stereo off as it wouldn’t go off with engine any more.
Then quoted £400 for a water pump for my Zafira Tourer.
