Breakdown lorry took my car to A&A just before closing. Discovered next day the fan belt had broken. Replaced it, and car back. No fuss, great service and reasonable price. Thoroughly recommended!

Great service from Arthur
Car taken in by the AA after clutch went
Wasn't phased by seeing it on his fourcourt in the morning like another garage was

Excellent service and my repair was done very quick
Unfortunately my starter motor went 2 days later and he fixed that in a day
Will deffo take my car again to Arthur
Thanks a lot for a great service

I did use this garage at one time but after failure to do an oil change despite being asked to do so,and paying them to do so which resulted in my car having to be off the road as it needed a new engine. I was sure as hell not taking my car back to this cowboy!!

Seemed like very nice people....but either they are lacking in skills or honesty. Left the car for service. Oil, brake pads change, etc.ended with oil not changed - but oil drain plug messed up, 2 pads instead of four changed and no filters at all. I hoped that after paying 120 for 2 brake pads at least they will work properly. Took car to other mot testing station. Front brakes failed. Well done guys.
Oil sump broken after visit...if my long time trusted garage (from other city) is not lying, it was due to improper handling during oil change. They promised they'll check for spares, offered one from dealer...in couple of weeks (no call regardless of promise). They said no others are available. I found 4 new ones on ebay with warranty in half an hour. Not like this is the same engine used by Ford and PSA, not only Volvo...very dissapointed. But I have to say thank you after all. Thank you for lesson. Now I know that it is better to go to trusted person even to Liverpool than use one around the corner.
Ps. Yes, there is a special key for oil plug in Volvo. It seem similiar to standard one, just you need to look closer to see the difference. "Pro's"

Always a friendly and fast service, and they never rip you off - even when you don't know the first thing about cars!
