Great team, reliable, good prices, always looked after my old T4!

I have been to many garages with various vehicles and have been unsure whether I got quality for money or honesty.
I am very pleased to say at Welsh VW specialist I got both, Matt was the most genuine and helpful person I have had the pleasure of working on my vehicle. He was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and professional. Above all he went above and beyond to repair my vehicle that nobody else was willing to do. The cost was very reasonable.
Even though it’s a 40 minute drive to get to the garage from where I live it is now the only place my partner and I will take out vehicles.

Great friendly and knowledgeable staff. They really know what they are doing and demonstrate good communication.

Cost is far better than the alternative VW, Audi, Skoda specialist garage nearby that invents additional costs. This workshop seems far more honest and reliable. Also, they always seem to be able to fit your car in for work/servicing before their specialist VW, Audi, Skoda competition and other local non specialist garages.

Can’t recommend Matt, Tom & the guys at Welsh VW Highly enough. Sorted out a warrenty claim on my Audi S3 for me within a matter of days. (Most of which spent waiting for the warrenty company).

I have a VW and there is a difference between people who can fix a VW and people who understand a VW. VW Specialists are in the latter category. I had something of an issue with my clutch, there was some wheel wobble at high speeds and I needed a MOT. All done at a very reasonable price (about half of what the main dealer quoted) and my car is running very well. Very pleased with the standard of service.

I've been using this garage for years, they always provide an excellent service and the team are always friendly and helpful.

We had just caught the exhaust on a speed bump on my Sons car which had pulled the front silencer off . Luckily we were passing the Welsh VW Specialists and we pulled in and they were very helpful and got us back on the road very quickly lending us tools and a jack and somewhere to wash our hands afterwards.

I recently bought a Mark 1 TT Sline and needed quite a bit of work done on emissions. Matt showed real enthusiasm for the car and getting it right. They had no problem fitting parts that I ordered myself including a stainless downpipe and mirror adjustment knob. They are a busy garage and it’s not the fastest turnaround but I’d rather get a job done right than quick. Matt gave me confidence that he understood every part of the 225bhp mk 1 - including all the common faults, and had the expertise to fix them. This is crucial to me having bought a high performance car which requires specialist knowledge and mechanical skills expertise.
