West End Garage

This is the first time I’ve used this garage as I'm not from the area , it was recommended to me by a friend who lives in Llanelli.
Absolutely one of the best garages I’ve ever used I would highly recommend very professional , very well mannered, great customer care and identified the problems straight away and fix them in a timely manner .

I'm not from the area, I only stopped in Llanelli for a night as I was doing a trip in Wales, I went to this garage as my car was losing gasoil, I only had to change a rubber cap. One of the workers said they couldn't help me today, other worker said he had to order the full repairing kit and it would be 14 pounds and take 30 minutes plus the working time. I'm glad he finally told me where to go to buy the repair kit which cost me 3 pounds and I could do it myself without any acknowledgement in one minute, they guy from the shop gave me the appropriate tools. I'm quite disappointed with this garage.

They never let me down, do great work and even go that bit extra.

For example, had a problem with the AdBlue on my Citroën. They had it for 2 days, did as much as they could without taking off the pump etc, after refilling it, asked us to give it a good drive.
No charge, if it persists they'll investigate further.
Could easily have charged us for their time and the new AdBlue.

Used West End Garage a few times now and everytime I have, they have been first class! All the work has been done quickly, efficiently and professionally. Can't speak highly enough of these guys here. 100% recommend!!!!

I cannot recommend this garage enough. Whilst on holiday with my family our car broke down. I found them on google and they helped us straight away, they were fast, honest and quite frankly absolutely brilliant. Without them our holiday would of been over. I was very pleased with the help West End Garage gave me, l had taken my car to a garage 3 times previously but West End found the problem and fixed it straight away, will definitely use them again and will be happy to recommend them to others.
