Absolutely brilliant service, needed a wheel repaired and it was all repaired cleaned and returned within 3 hours. Polite friendly and very helpful, would highly recommend these people.

Came to collect my car and the man that sorted my air con had left with my keys in his pocket and was on his way to new port. Now I understand accidents happen but the receptionist was unable to say how long he was going to be. Heard a man say he only left 5 mins ago then the receptionist said I was busy with other work and he didn't say where he was. Well surely he could of been asked how far he had traveled. Instead I have hung around for an hour waiting. They did not manage the costumers expectations. If they were honest from the start and said he would be hour I could of come back. I was waiting with my 80 year old grandfather who is also disabled and on hot days like this to be sat in a small hot room is no good for his chest. Then to top it off when the man came back with the keys he gave my grandfather and myself abuse. Disgusting company will not be used again.

Avoid at all costs.

I drove a hundred miles to get my radiator done and was shocked at how rudely I was treated.

They told me it would have to be overnight since they needed to soak the radiator to clean it. I got a room and came back the next day and they said they hadn't cleaned it inside and would need more time. How much more time? "How long is a piece of string?" Any idea? "We'll call you. Probably tomorrow"

Then it was "I don't care where you are from" which in Wales generally means "We don't like the English" and then it was "just take your radiator and go".

They made me grovel and overcharged me 50% over the estimate.

I won't be back. If you're not Welsh, stay away.

My father went here this morning. The man had awful attitude. Very abusive. Was told to f##k off out of his shop when I questioned about welding work. Would never return! Disgusting way to speak to customers ###########

It was the true story ... have you read all your other reviews?? We can't all be wrong!!!

I was sent here by ATS following a fault found when they tried to re-gas my Audi air-con system, I booked in for this morning and the dropping off didn't go well after the gentleman behind the counter was abrupt and rude about where I'd parked my car, but I let that go as I had not followed the sign, so my bad. However, when I returned to collect my car and book it in with them for further work, the same gentleman was awfully rude, abusive and offensive to me, then walked off. His wife immediately came through and apologised, staring something about too much work and a heart bypass, and I wasn't charged despite being stood there like a Muppet with my bank card proffered to them! Needless to say they will not be getting my car back in to them for further work now or ever again, I wouldn't recommend them, don't waste your time guys.

Awful I was spoken so aggressively by the lady on the phone. Even though I spoke to her very politely and she was instantly defensive and aggressive towards me. Disgusting customer service.

Had two motorcycle rads repaired by these.brillant service very friendly jobs done ASAP good quality of work I'm sorry to hear they closed.hope the main man is well nice bloke.
