Took my cat for a full service. Usually this garage is brilliant but they didn’t check coolant or water levels- wiper wash was empty! Also I’ve just had to replace a tyre after being told all tyres were fine.
Have to say this is not like them, not sure what went wrong this time but it makes me worry about what else they might have missed! Maybe it was an off day!

Snapped a control arm on my e93 at 3pm. Got the car to them where they sourced the part and fixed my car by 5pm as they knew it was my only way into my 2 hour commute to work. Shuffled some jobs round so that they could get this done for me. Thank you so much 🙏🏼

Craig is extremely helpful and the lady who deals with everything is very friendly.

These guys are great and delivered the work under time and even showed me a video of the new part fitted!

If I lived closer, would use these as my main garage.

Excellent service yet again by Masons Auto Centre. I have been using this workshop for many years and the professionalism and quality of service has always been amazing. Craig on the front desk was very helpful, friendly and kept me informed through the whole process.
