Have been going to Moores Motors for 20 years and always found the service to be excellent. Prices are competitive and they always give you a honest and accurate apraisal of the work done. I have even used them to service my new car in preference to the main dealer as they are members of the good garage scheme. Also they have gone over and above on several occasions making me a very happy customer.

I came here last year before my mot unfortunately I did not go to my usual mechanic.

There was a problem with my airbag light. I was charged for diagnostics and then told they didnt know how much it would cost to solve the problem! I was quoted around £300 and then was told this might not solve the issue! I took it back to my usual mechanic and he sorted it on the spot and didnt even charge me! If you want to be ripped off visit this garage! Money grabbing wished I had never gone there! Absoulutely shocking!

I have been using this garage for the last couple of years always been satisfied with the service they offer they picked my car up for me Mot and did a winter service I found the bill reasonable priced and the staff are friendly and they brought the car back to me and was able to pay over the phone would definitely recommend this garage

Not a good experience.

Took my motorcycle for MOT, all went mostly fine but some how the guy who was performing the MOT snapped the rear brake lever due to this my motorcycle failed the MOT as now the brakes cannot be tested.

Didn't offer any apologie and simply said to get it fixed and bring back for retest. He then asked me if I used after market rear sets which the answer to this was no, this was a genuine part which honestly IM unsure on how he managed this.

Won't be coming here again.

I have used Moore's for my MOT for some years now and always found them thorough and fair in there assessment. Also I've used them for general maintenance and repairs to a number of different vehicles I've owned. The prices are very competitive and the vehicle is off the road for the minimum amount of time. Nothing is too much trouble for Andy and his team. Keep it up.

Always found Andy and other guys to be nothing other than professional.
Personally I'd recommend anyone too the garage . Good rates and work has always been top notch.
