Ahhh Hardy's thank you! So nice, so kind, so thoughtful. Great customer service, called and gave us an update under RAC cover when we needed them on BH Friday! Arranged to tow vehicle the following day (because that suited us!) They called ahead with a 30 min warning. Arrived on time. Were SO careful with the bus (given its lowered and had one wheel out of action) elevated it onto the truck with real care and skill and all the right equipment (it needed a skate). The bus was immaculate and without a scratch.
We were dreading the journey home but driver (whose name we didn't get) was friendly knowledgeable and careful (checked half way to make sure bus was secure)
AND he got the bus into the garage at the end. No mean feat! So chuffed an definitely recommend them to anyone in North Wales who needs recovery. Thanks Hardy's!

On a recent trip to North Wales my cars clutch suddenly (and without warning) failed on the A4085. The RAC were unable to fix at the roadside (hydraulics) so a recovery was organized for the following morning. We were contacted by Martin of Hardy's garage. He arranged to get the car loaded as soon as was convenient for us. We were a little concerned as we had our dog with us, but Martin made it clear our cockapoo was not going to be a problem! Although it was a Sunday and was a 4 hour one way trip back to Oxfordshire, Martin was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout what could have been a stressful time. He allowed us to stop half way to let our dog get a drink and a short rest, before getting us to our local garage. He then helped us move the car safely to a parking spot where it would be easy for the garage to access and assess when they opened back up for business. My wife and I would like to thank Martin (and hardy's) for a five star service. Martin was an absolute gentlemen and we were fortunate to share his company for a few hours. Hopefully he had a safe and traffic free trip back to North Wales on his return. I would definitely recommend Hardy's based on our personal experience.

I’m not sure who our driver was, but the service provided was excellent. He was so friendly to my family! He was patient and calm! Just what you need after a potentially stressful time. Our clutch failed on the last day of our holiday, we were towed 126 miles home with no trouble! Thank you

Myself and my family were off on holiday and my car lost all power on the motorway. The AA came and told me I needed a new clutch. The AA towed my car to Hardys garage who had previously agreed through a prior phone call to replace the clutch. Communication was great throughout and my car was fixed and ready to collect in 3 days. Lovely ladies on reception too. I couldn't fault them at all.

Excellent. I hired a car for 3 days, the receptionist was efficient and very helpful. The Nissan note was a great little automatic for touring around the beautiful North Wales peninsular. I would recommend this company to everyone wanting to hire a car. Thank you

Our elderly Hyundai Santa Fe (194,000m, but normally utterly reliable) developed a transmission whine as we drove up the length of Wales on a Saturday afternoon at the start of a week's holiday in Snowdonia. Changing gear became very difficult and rather than risk a breakdown miles out in the sticks we contacted our insurance company's (NFU) breakdown service from Blaenau Festiniog. They were extremely helpful and alerted their agents, the RAC. Owing to the weekend pressure of call-outs they couldn't help until the following morning, but then realised that a roadside repair was probably impossible, and recovery to home (130 miles away) would be required. This was farmed out to Hardy's. The driver who might have helped was already committed to take someone to Swansea and so couldn't get to us for 24 hours, but phoned back 10 minutes later to say he'd found another driver who could take us. As luck would have it he lived in Blaenau Festiniog, but had to collect his truck from Pwllheli so there was an unavoidable delay, but our driver contacted us 20 minutes before he arrived to put us in the picture. His friendly command of the situation, loading us up in the main street, and general helpfulness were very re-assuring. He was a mine of local information, very safe and patient when stuck behind cyclists and 'Sunday drivers', and got us safely back to our local garage in three and a half hours (our half mile track being too bumpy to take the lorry up) . I'm ashamed to say his name has slipped my memory but his competence and kindness hasn't. Many thanks for making an unfortunate start to our holiday a lot more bearable than it might have been.
In a borrowed car we then had great week in a lovely part of the world !

What can I say other Martin is Amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. He’s a very lovely and generous man. He came and collected my car made sure I got to the hotel safe where I was spending the night until the next day where he would drop me all the way to Birmingham with my car. Kept asking if I was ok, if I was hungry he was amazing, thank you so much Martin for being a saviour to me when I needed most, ❤️
