Superb garage, cannot fault them. They are honest and have reasonable charges. They will always try to get you in asap if you have an urgent job on the car. What can I say they are brilliant.

Used this garage for years for our MOT and car repairs and thought they were trustworthy and reputable until our recent experience. We took our Vauxhall Astra for a temperature sensor issue, we were quoted £250 however this work did not resolve the issue, we were then informed the head gasket had gone. We agreed to have this shaved and the new quote was £1,700. However once the gasket was back in the garage we were further informed that the cylinder and engine mount were cracked and beyond repair. Our only solution was a new engine. The cost of this work if they could source a new engine was in excess of £5,000!!

10 days after taking our running car into this garage we were left without a car.
To add insult to injury they would not fit the engine back together and ensure we could take it to another garage or home without paying a further £1,000.
Our beloved car was in pieces in the garage and we owed them £500 in labour and part costs. We exchanged the car with them to cover this bill and walked away without a car. Absolutely devastated.

To our absolute shock within a few days we saw the car being driven around Rhyl, an employee of the garage had given the car to his Sister, this however was not the end as we were then contacted by another driver who had bought the unrepairable car for £2,500!! And she wanted the V5 document from us. We had already informed DVLA of a transfer to the motor trade and the documents were issued in the garages name.

The car had not been repaired, and the new owner was told the faults with the car (sensor lights flashing, lack of power, water gurgling noises) were nothing to worry about??

That raises the question which of us has this garage ripped off? Us by letting us believe the car was irreparable and we essentially gave it them for nothing or the new owner who paid £2,500 in goodwill for a car that is not road worthy?
We have reported this garage to trading standards. Avoid at all costs!

I find them very honest and reasonably priced. Very pleasant too. Highly recommended.

Took my wife's car for an interim service. They did a good efficient job at a reasonable price. Will use their services again.

Always nice to support the local businesses but the place is a tip and isn't the most welcoming. When you have ATS and Rhino down the road, both of whom look after the place and have welcoming staff, it's hard to see why you'd pick this place over them. Not doing themselves any favours.

However, quick service and good prices. Booked in for an MOT, they saw me the next day and I had my car back in under 2 hours. Cost £45.

Also booked to have new tyres fitted at prices as good as or better than Halfords and the prices given include fitting, which is always helpful. Not loads of parking space but there's enough.

Decent enough garage but don't go out of your way.

My car has had an on going issue with vibrations, which many Garages could not find or fix. Abergele Service Centre we’re determined to find and fix the fault. Great Staff and Service received from start to finish. Would highly recommend them. Will be bring our cars to you from now onwards .

had a puncture, the staff fitted my problem in with very little notice, sorted me out very quickly by repairing the tyre and i was off again! , brilliant friendly service.
