Big thanks to Commercial Motors Wales, they have just done a great job servicing my Isuzu and replacing the front shocks, Grant and the guys in parts really helped me out finding the right parts as my Isuzu is imported. Also have to say thanks very much to the service team because it now drives like it should again and was given back to me spotless and on time. The price for all the work was about half what I was expecting and certainly a lot less than it costs us to have our Mercedes vans serviced.

Great service- bought a car and needed MOT. Car failed but we needed to get back home (250 miles away). Helped us fix the warning lights and pass MOT quickly and efficiently. Even pumped tires up and find us the nearest petrol station. Recommend to anyone!

Avoid this place like covid 19 5 thousand pound repairs under warranty. 50 miles down the road engine lights on like Christmas. My tge is a paperweight. Can't be reliable enough can't wait to get rid even if I make a loss on. Never by again

Van came back to us dirty, empty of fuel (3/4 tank on drop off) no radio working either.
Travel further and take your vehicle elsewhere. Worst service I’ve ever seen from a main dealer.

Smashing job recalibrating our digital taco didn't in the night shift which was perfect t for us didn't lose any time with the lorry. Job done.

Absolutely disgusting service. Our horse lorry went in for plating. A month later after excuse after excuse they failed it on the tow bar .. even though we had paid for a pre inspection. We have been lied to about the taco, fobbed off and then charged extra £500 on top to fix towbar or they wouldn't return the key's. Very rude and aggressive service manager who did nothing but fob us off with more lies. We got lorry back and warning lights are still on, there is even a birds nest with 4 eggs in the engine and all hub caps were just dumped in the cab. Awaiting a discussion with Trading standards to take this further. Strongly recommend not to use this company EVER.
