They had my car for a week and all they did was diagnose the problem (turbo gone) and made zero progress for getting a quote and getting things moving.
After a full week of waiting when asked why so long was given halfpenny excuses such as they are too busy, he (Grant - the owner or the man running the place) was off for a couple of days, the parts providers didn't get back to him after 4 full working days and so on. All of which would make perfect sense if I was aged 10-14.
I told him that if he would've said from the beginning that he's busy and couldn't take me in I would've just taken my car somewhere else, to which his reaction was to hand me the key and with a hissy fit told me to take my car some place else.
At £49+VAT per hour of labour I did expect some sort of professionalism, even if the most basic kind but was given nothing but ignorance and defensive childish behaviour from a man in charge of a business.
Appalling.
Came from London to visit relatives and randomly stumbled upon this garage.
Asked my cousin how they are and he highly recommended them as I only needed a brake change.
So being a Londoner I was a bit skeptical and decided to speak to the guys first, they were exceptionally professional and super friendly so I thought let's give them a crack and gave them an impossible deadline.
Put it this way my brake change was converted into a full engine software update, engine carbon cleaning, brakes obviously and headlight fix! Not only did they meet the deadline with hours to spare but my car runs like a dream now!
I highly highly recommend this place to locals and outer reach residents as these guys are a absolutely brilliant👏
Wow, no waiting around, no having to 'book in' for a week's time.
Friendly, yet professional treatment, so 10 out of 10 for customer service.
They explained what they were going to do in an easy to understand manner, that was not garage or management speak, to baffle the customer, so 10 out of 10.
Highly recommended, will now consult them again for future work to the car.

Rad had a leak and this guy should have pressure tested the car first.
Beware.
