Being a unique car (Bentley Arnage) I was concerned about costs, but Chris was upfront about the costs associated with each part. I was sent videos of the car throughout the process and any additional work carried out was discussed. Have used this garage on a few occasions and never been disappointed. Just before the heatwave my air conditioning wasn't working and I contacted The Garden Village Garage who were very responsive to my problem and within a few days had booked my car in and fixed the air-conditioning unit. Very happy customer and would highly recommend this friendly, reliable and competitively priced local garage.

I booked my car to have an MOT and service and I had an appointment within a few days which was perfect. Very smooth process, parked my car outside the office and Chris sent me a video of the car from the garage, explaining what they've looked at and what was needed to pass the MOT. Within a couple of hours the car was back ready to pick up. Very friendly customer service and I will be coming back

Chris is a very helpful, knowledgeable and fair mechanic. I've been having some electrical issues with my X Type for two months now. It is in limp mode due to some problem with the MAP circle according to the diagnostics reading. I took it to two other garages before where they couldn't find the problem. Chris was able to locate the corroded wire and replaced it within two hours. Unfortunately by the time I found him that wire damaged my ECU. We agreed with him on ordering a second hand one but unfortunately that was faulty as well. Chris didn't charge me for the time he spent trying to program it neither for ordering the part in and he is now hunting for another one for me. Cannot ask more from a mechanic. Fair play. Thanks Chris!
