High quality mechanic at good prices. Ian really helped me out in a tricky situation. Would definitely recommend.

Worst experience I’ve had with a garage, kept changing the date of when it would be ready by (had the car for over 3 weeks just to clean a part) and although I accept there was a personal matter going on half way through there was NO communication from the mechanic. We explicitly stated that we needed a car back by a certain date as we were supposed to be travelling with it and on the day we needed it Ian told us that he’d only tried working on it the night before we were due to leave. He didn’t fix or improve the issue at all, our new mechanic can’t even confirm/work out what he’s done (if anything) and we were charged £120 or he was refusing to release the car. Lost out on so much money because we were unable to go on a planned family trip due to his misleading us about the date it would be ready by AND the cost he charged us for not fixing anything AND the cost of going to a new garage who actually did manage to fix it in a couple of days. Would not recommend at all go to the garage by the docks instead.

Another excellent, value for money, car service carried out by IJP Automotive Ltd in Barry. I've used this garage for a few years now and Ian's work is top class. He's a very experienced and knowledgeable car mechanic and I thoroughly recommend him to anyone seeking to get their car fixed by a trustworthy professional.

I took both mine and my girlfriends cars here for a service recently and was pleasantly surprised with the quick service and reasonable prices. It feels like they go out of their way to squeeze me in if I've called with a problem. I will get my cars services here from now on.

Agreed to an immediate appointment. I suppose that to a skilled mechanic it was a routine job but it was amazing to me. Done in a couple of hours and cheaper than my last visit to the dentist and much more pleasing. Now I know where they are I will always ask for their services
