I first took my car here last year when my dad said he "heard a funny noise" coming from the engine. This lovely company informed me they'd checked it all over repeatedly, and that there was no noise or fault, and no charge on this occasion. I took it back there again for my MOT today - they gently recommended a service and sent full info / prices over, but there was absolutely no pressure or scare tactics at all when I said I'd book in another time for the service.

Lovely communication at all times, and an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

I would recommend Three Arches to anybody. Customer service and communication was brilliant throughout - they collected and returned my car, providing a top value service without unfairly charging. I will be using this garage again, no question!

Great service. Kept up to date throughout the day. Car was collected just after 8 and returned by the same guy 10 hours later... .still smiling and helpful. There's a lot to be said for shopping local :)

Three Arches Services Ltd. have maintained my Rover 75 for about 16 years. The service has always been good, and you are always assured of friendly welcome. For the first 18 years of ownership from new it has almost exclusively been regular scheduled maintenance. This year, after 95000 miles it has needed two repairs, but these have been carried out efficiently as well.

The Three Arches Garage is great and always provides fantastic service. The staff are efficient and friendly. The team is made up of experts who really know their stuff and I always feel confident in the advice they provide.

Just had my car in for an mot. Had a few other issues that were addressed quickly at a fair price. Was happy with the service and the phone team are very helpful. Will go again
