First time I've ever used them. My daughter's car needed it's first MOT. Looked around and they had reasonable reviews and were Which-approved. Was not disappointed. All very friendly, slik, and efficient. Will use them again for sure.

Fantastic service from booking in to collection, can understand why it is so busy. Car had an MOT and a service for the first timw recently and really pleased with the work completed.

Always use this garage. Only ever had one problem, which was more of a manufacturer thing, but after trying to fix and save money by not buying an extra part, they followed by replacing the part without any labour costs. Customer service was second to none. Friendly, honest and professional garage. I've used them for many years and always feel confident when I leave there.

If I could award 10 stars I would. Came out and sorted completely flat tyre within 10 minutes. Service way above what could be expected.

I don’t know this garage before. My car was due for service. There was contradiction between what’s written in there report and the facts, for example, they said checked all lights and all fine which wasn’t true because I know that one indicator light bulb needed changing and stopped working about 2 days before service due( NOT PICKED, CHECKED OR CHANGED). I sent an email to them, no response, I phoned , they claimed no email received?? I resent to them. Obviously that some information written in the report are not correct and dishonest. When faced them with this, the gentleman became very defensive and shouting at me on the phone accusing me that I said that he is lying which wasn’t the case. They mentioned a punctured tyre and light on dashboard flashing which again not true. I parked my car in the narrow corridor in front of there garage ABSOLUTELY FINE, the only thing wasn’t working the front R side indicator light .
Very disappointed with the poor service and the manipulation over the phone , instead of listening and respond to my points, the gentleman with whomI have spoken and the lady I spoke to were very defensive and contradicting all what I said. Unfortunately, as no one was listening I had the inform that will finish the call and I hanged up.
In my opinion, if you are looking for a professional, transparent and trustworthy garage I would definitely look some where else.

So rude, made both myself and my partner feel miserable for the way they treated us over the phone and in person. I'm glad I'm not giving my money to this kind of people.

Top service from the team at Llanishen MOT+Service. My car's rear lights decided to stop working, and I couldn't fix it myself. I called them at 1630 and was booked in for 0800 the next day. Within 3h of dropping my car off, I received a message saying it was fixed and ready to be picked up. The service advisor was very clear and helpful, and I plan to use this garage for all my MOT and servicing needs in the future.
