I'm so pleased with the work Glandon Garage have done on my car, and particularly thankful to Ryan. My car has not been driven much since March and was not running very well. Ryan really took the care to find out and fix all the problems - my car now feels so smooth to drive! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a good, reliable garage.

Fantastic service - they told me when they could give a time/cost estimate, text me the information to confirm and then sent a further update to let me know that my car was ready to pick up and how much the invoice was.

Couldn't be happier with the service and I will definitely be using them again.

Highly recommended. My BMW had a warning light asking to replace the brake pads, while on a 300 miles away holiday. Also, I replaced the pads a Week ago, so that was an unexpected one. Took the car to Glandon Garage and the guys gave me an inspection time on the same day! They hooked it to the system and traced the problem, ordered a replacement sensor and offered options to fit it within the same day or following morning. It was all done and the car is now back in full glory. What a fantastic service! The guys acknowledged that we are tourists who needed the car fixed quickly and fitted me within their very busy schedule. Can't thank you guys enough and all the best.

Don the Con... we were later advised is this mechanics nickname by a more reliable local garage. Apparently he is known in the area for his antics.
Don the Con by name, Don the Con by nature... Unfortunately for us as tourists we did not know the area when we arrived.
Clutch went as we were driving the vehicle, we managed to get the garage. Don the Con advised he didn't have time to help but would top us up on clutch fluid. Fair enough, busy man he is and as we were clutching at straws (pardon the pun) with our child in the vehicle we would have done anything to get going.
So grateful that he topped us up, we doubled what he charged us as a tip.
He told us to keep pumping the clutch to get the fluid through and went back in to his garage.
It soon became apparant we weren't going anywhere, this was not helping. Fair enough it was a long shot. But for Don the Con to come back out the garage and smirk as we were stuck there, laughing that it should work, should have given away his ill intentions.
We soon realised we had been completely had when the recovery man and the mechanic advised he would have well known this would not help.. We had been well and truly ripped off.
Avoid at all costs... There are plenty of other garages in the area.

I was on holiday in Pwllheli. I came back to my car in Asda. My car wouldn’t start. My partner had a walk around and came across this fantastic garage. They came to asda and looked at my car, realised my battery was broke. They took my car too the garage they ordered me an replacement. They came to the haven site too jump start my car. So I could get to the garage too replace my battery. They both went out of there way to help me and I can’t recommend this garage enough. Once again thank you

Our spring coil collapsed the day before we had a long journey to make. Luckily this garage was nearby - very fortunate. We spoke to Donald and took the car in mid afternoon, given a courtesy car to get us back to our caravan and told the car would be ready first thing in the morning - which it was. First class service at a great price too. Donald and the team saved us a lot of hassle and stress. We can’t thank them enough.

Excellent service from Glandon Garage today. I turned up first thing needing two new front tyres. Work started straight away and was finished in around 30mins. Very good prices and friendly service. Highly recommended, thank you.

A broken rear suspension coil had the potential to put a real damper on what had been a great holiday. I phoned these guys at 5.15 on a Tuesday afternoon. They said that they'd order the part there and then so that it'd be with them first thing in the morning if I could get to them for 9.30 on the Wednesday. (Although they said they wouldn't know the exact problem until the car was on the ramp. No problem though, if they needed another part they could have it delivered within the hour.) They started work on the car at 9.35. Being an Audi, it was a little more difficult to replace than most other cars - but they got it done pretty quickly. They apologised that Audi parts were a little more expensive and it took them longer than normal. I was delighted they could do it so promptly, it didn't take as long as I thought it would, and it was actually pretty inexpensive. I'd definitely recommend Glandon Garage. (It's not obvious it's there - it's behind the BP forecourt).
