Very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable bunch. They explained the problem with my van fully so that I was able to make an informed decision, along with detailed estimates.
Staff also made me aware that as a disabled driver I am entitled to a v.a.t. exemption, which was a very pleasant surprise, and they walked me through the necessary paperwork.
I dropped the van off on the Friday, they kept me updated on progress, it was done & ready to collect by Monday afternoon, AND came in below estimate!

Very rude staff member, we took our car there a 15 plate 1.6 vauxhall astra and was told they don't have the equipment to do our injectors and charged over £50 pound for that information and told us as well that lots of light where on the dash, when I picked the car up it was only the tyre light. The gentleman behind the counter had me wait a while dropping the car off and picking it up very rude as well.

I broke down on the A483 spoke to these on the phone and got directions about an hour later I was on my way again with a new injector fitted. I doubt if things could happen much quicker than that. I also had a nice cup of coffee with a very nice lady.
Could not have asked for better or quicker service. Thank you.

Got my land rover defender 300tdi injectors overhauled what a difference the engine runs perfect . i had purchased 4 off a landrover suplier from Liverpool and disaster from day 1 so i went to Clwyd injection these people do the job wright new genuine parts and at a fair price and so helpful . i have 45 yrs in the motor trade so i know when a job is done to a high standard so a big thank you from David Mcbreeze

This place is a good source of parts and bits for diesel engines. I've purchased a injector copper washer seals and get some good advice and quote for possible future work with my Volvo S40 D3 150HP.
I've been served by polite and nice man, probably a owner.
I can honestly recommend this place.

My previous reviewing history will show I am not a negative person.
My experience with Clwyd injection service was unbelivably bad.
Promised 24 hours return of vehicle 4 weeks later was sill insisting vehicle was trapped in with other vehicles and not available. After a month he gave a bill in excess of £ 600 and told me had a customerfor the body shell. Bear in mind I have recently spent £ 2000 on a replacement engine. I tape recorded all my dealings with him and can
categorically say that he is a liar. I challenge him to take me to Civil Court
for defamation of charachter as he told me lies and those lies recorded.

Super helpful on the phone but even went the extra distance and made sure I had the right parts when I picked up.
