I've been a customer for about 2 years now - I wouldn't take my Subaru anywhere else. Two very fair MOT's and quite a few things fixed on the car later and I'm a happy customer. The whole team are professional at all times - highly recommended from someone (me) who is very picky where and whom fixes his car.

Needed my van seen to asap, but I was told I might have to wait until the following week. That being said I left my van with them anyway, to my surprise 1-2 hours later they ring to say your vans done! Absolutely brilliant lads can't thank you enough, and will defo be back again! 👍

Visited Norms body shop . Top bloke and done a very high standard repair on my vehicle. He has now moved to a larger property in Cwmbran, check out his Facebook page, I would recommend him to anyone as he is good at his trade.

My husband took his van in a week ago as it showed a fault light. After charging him £40 to turn the light off which came back on they then said it needed a new sensor which they ordered. After my husband losing days of work and been given numerous excuses by the garage for their painfully slow service, he was phoned yesterday afternoon to say the van is sorted and he can collect today. He went to collect the van to be told that after taking it for a test run, it is worse than when he brought it in. Apparently it is a problem with the ECU and the sensor wasn't needed. They had the cheek to charge him £92 for the sensor that THEY ordered and couldn't send back. Now, none of the sensors work and we are hundreds of pounds out of pocket because they have no idea how to fix a Transit van. I am beyond fuming that they have screwed us over like this and charged us for making the problem worse. Bunch of cowboys, avoid like the plague.
