This is one of my most respected garages !! For over 20 years i have been using Paul for specialized repairs to many quality vehicles. Over the years i have found them to be the most honest dedicated and willing trusting garage i have dealt with. Quality of workmanship and Knowledge of their sector is at its best. Well done for many years of greatfull service.

Been a customer of Pratts for over 30 years. Always recommended Paul and promoted his business many times. However to be disrespected and called “a pain in the arse” by his customer prevention manager aka his spouse
I find it deeply offensive and I will not accept rudeness. When people disrespect you it is a reflection of how they feel about themselves and I believe says more about them !!
What’s equally disappointing is that Paul who I regarded as a friend has not contacted me. :(

Took my car into Pratt’s Garage, a diesel that was down on power, chucking out black smoke on acceleration and whistling. Left absolutely delighted, whistle gone, no acceleration smoke and a pleasure to drive.
