Welcomed when I arrived, shown i to a waiting room when I spoke to and probably bored the receptionist. Offered a drink, she was very efficient also friendly. Mot passed, keys given back to me certificate in hand money paid, job done, thank you.

Great team. This garage came recommended to me by a neighbour. They fit the car in quickly to get looked at, kept me informed and were very straightforward. If my car ever squeaks, pops or goes Kaput, I'll be giving them my business again.

Very loyal to its regular customers, but I wouldn’t recommend going there if your car is older and you’ve found them on an approved website. I could have taken my car elsewhere and had it fixed in less time for less money. Instead they kept me waiting on and off for 5 days while they dealt with the MOTs. So I went to my usual MOT centre to finish the job, yes after £500 + the job wasn’t finished, and instead of taking the job, the owner sent me to the best and cheapest option in Swansea. What a difference in customer service. Never again….
