Very friendly and professional service while maintaining affordable prices. They were giving me quotes for every single aspect on the phone as it turned out to be a bit more work than expected. So no nasty surprises at M L Garage. What's worth mentioning is that's all in one garage as they do MOT testing as well. Both staff members can speak Polish if that helps. Well recommended garage!

I rang this garage due to the high reviews and praise by friends and acquaintances alike. I was told the service was impeccable, very affordable, and professional. It couldn't be further from the truth.
I asked for an MOT and service to which they said they could do so at 11 am. Upon arriving 10 minutes earlier, the road was packed with cars and so it was a struggle to drive to the garage. The people there put their cars half in and half out of the entrance of the garage, barring the road, and I was forced to be behind. Then, they shouted at me for "blocking" the entrance, as if it was my fault they couldn't move.
I told them I had an MOT to which he looked at me with a face of disgust and told me it was the next one. I said "I also booked a service, do you guys do it?" To which he said "Yes, we can do it", and immediately proceeded to turn his back on me and leave to his office, blatantly ignoring me. The lack of respect and professionalism point to a service that is only good if you speak their language (Polish) and nothing else.
I would strongly recommend you avoid this place.
