Really really impressed with this place!
Used this garage a few times now. Always calls to discuss options before doing the work, pricing is really clear and always on quote. Cheaper than anywhere else quoted for the work and car returned to us on time every time we have used them.
Can't recommend highly enough.

Will never go here again. Car kept 2 days for a rear wheel bearing. Lied about why it was taking so long saying supplier sent wrong bearing 3 times, when there are only 2 types of bearing pressed & magnetic. Then when I finally get car back home I found things had gone missing from my car. My advice stay well away

Garage was close to my house so i went there because coil speing was broke. Then i went to work and they rang me to come collect it its ready. I was a bit late because of work but they rang me 3 to 5 times and told me if i dont come in 5 minutes they will close the shop and leave. This is what you call thw worst customer service. They obviously don't know what customer seevice is and what it does to the customers. I am never going there again they are rude and work is not even high standard. To everyone who is reading this don't go to this garage. 0 stars

Cowboys! Avoid like the plague. Went in for a timing belt a year ago, few months later the water pump fails, so had to pay them to do the same job again, few weeks after that the 2nd new belt slipped & wrecked my engine. They're saying it's nothing to do with the belt. Ask anyone who knows anything about cars & they will all say the same thing, "Valves don't bend on their own, has to be a timing issue." Trading standards are now involved, they owe me 7 weeks wages so far (they still have my car so amount will go up) and they will also owe vauxhall a lot of money to fix the work they never carried out properly.

Long story short avoid Paul Newman! Threatened me, puts phone down on me repeatedly when I try to resolve problem, swares at me and even threatened to burn my car. Yeah, nice guy.

Luckily My partner recorded every conversation so I doubt this man will be treading for much longer. Guys like this don't deserve to touch cars that people work hard for.

Great service, broke down, they even sent recovery to me, got me back to the garage and sorted the problem. Definitely would recommend.

Check they take a card before you agree to getting the work done - you'll have no consumer protection or chance of a refund otherwise, and this is what happened to me when my vehicle died after one day. Not going there again, I advise you not to either.

Recently taken over, first visit. Very polite staff. Happy to help and deal with urgent tyre changes with no worries. Very much customer orientated. Highly recommended
