FMG Repair Services Newport

Never heard of this chain of repair garages before my accident. They went above and beyond their duty to repair my car. In fact it was better after the accident than before. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Girls on front desk are excellent, repairs were excellent. Only thing is car was away for a month, for a new door skin. Good job I bought replacement car policy with RAC insurance.

They do a rilly good job at putting your car back the way it did for when it was new?? Everything they fixes is done to the highest standard and more.

They do a really great job repairing a car. It's the company that surplus parts such as VW. That can't tell the difference between front and back, and left to right and that makes waiting time longer to get your car back. Front reception staff are really nice and although it's not there fault do apologise for the delay. Great company.

A real rip off. These quoted me £1000 for parts I didn't need. I found a good alternative body shop that got rid of all my scratches and wheel arch dent for £300.

A water leak in the back of my VW T-Roc was raised to their attention and the Engineer I dealt with was very supportive and very informative. He kept me updated with sound information and was helpful to say that if any other related issues arise to contact them straight away.
Not many places that say "we're here to help" actually mean it, or you dont feel it. But at FMG they are good at making you feel that they really are here to help.

Took around 6 months, had to go second time as it was a scratch on new bumper. Called maybe 40 times to get second appointment and been told to wait another couple weeks as they were short on labour and arraging hire car. Avoid if possible

Great repairs to my car, took longer than planned, but good as new x
