Mercedes Benz Specialists (M B Specialist Ltd)

I've been using MB Specialists for a number of years on cars ranging from a Smart to a 5.5 AMG - they have been great on all of them. Very honest and straightforward with clear pricing and good explanations of the work required.

I don't generally write reviews but quality should be recognised. Had an ESP fault on an E 250.
Diagnostic checks carried out, fault identified, part ordered , delivered and fitted within the hour. I didn't know about this company before but will definitely be using them in future. Professional Dealership quality service at a competitive price. Highly recommend.

Excellent quick efficient service at a good price.
Only one down side, no coffee machine for customers and you have to walk a good distance to find one. OK for me but for older people may be an issue if your waiting a few hours.

These guys are top notch. They have all the right diagnostic equipment to deal with newish cars, they are knowledgeable, quick and above all honest. I'm so glad I've found this garage and thoroughly recommend.

Problems problems problem on my A class. Fed up of taking it back to the garage for repairs. Now I cannot open my diesel flap to top up on fuel. Cannot book in for another 2 weeks. Poor quality car in my option wish I hadn't bought it.

First time needing work on my merc, dropped off in the morning, with some serious knocking/noises from the suspension, got them to check it out, they called me, let me know the parts, and the price, drove the car away in the afternoon, driving like new. Price was fair for genuine parts and Mercedes mechanical experts. Now my go to garage for any work need 👍🏼
