Be warned:Dreadful company. We brought a starter motor for a commercial fishing boat from them, in less than 6 months it broke down, constantly engaging in the engine, not disengaging. We took it back to ask for a replacement under warranty, they made us buy a new one before they would accept the return and said they would refund us the money once the broken one had been inspected by the manufacturer. A couple of months went by and we hadn't heard anything so I rang them, they hadn't sent it, it was in thier warehouse. Another month, rang them had been sent but hadn't heard anything. Yet another month, had to pester them and threaten legal action. They said they would find out and call me back. 2 weeks later, no response so I rang them yet again and had to get nasty, said they would ring back, nothing 3 times I rang them in one week to be told that it had water damage. NOT FROM US IT DIDN'T!!!! It wasn't exposed to water, was in a watertight compartment above the waterline with no way of water getting into it. They had it so long that we have no way to prove the water damage hasn't occurred in thier warehouse or with the delivery company or the manufacturer and I doubt they will admit its down to them or due to negligence on thiers, the delivery firm or manufacturers part. We know it did not have water ingress in our care. They refused to refund my money. They said they would let us know when the part was returned and we could collect. To date,over a year later they have not done so, so they have effectively stolen my property to boot. They are truly awful, con artists, thieves. We will never deal with them again, will never recommend them. The worst experience I've ever had with a company. Don't waste your hard earned money, if anything goes wrong, I promise you they will lie, con you and leave you seriously out of pocket.

Excellent and highly professional company! Friendly and very knowledgeable with diagnostics. Would highly recommend taking your vehicle to them. Took my Mercedes Citan to them as a non- runner. Within a day they diagnosed the fault to be the body module not operating the starter relay. They managed to bypass this and get the vehicle running again. The boys there are very helpful and also sorted the suspension out and gave it a service.

Great mechanics who did an excellent job in quick time and charged a fair price. First time with Prolek, and will be going back should any issues arise with my vehicles. Happy to have found honest reliable mechanics.

A friend recommended Prolek West Wales for rebuilding an old broken tractor alternator and they couldn't have done a better job. The service was quick and well priced. The end result went above and beyond just repairing the unit to completely serviciing it and making it look better than it has for many, many years. Really appreciate the great work!
