Called in at lunch time today with no appointment booked, was given a quote which I was happy with, the work was then carried out straight away and car was ready to pick up a few hours later, very happy, very friendly, good price, would definately use again, cheers :)

So rude! Took my car down to get it looked at even told them the problem. They had it for a day and a half, failed to keep me informed of what was going on and then told me they can't get an electrical diagram to fit it. I even phoned around places to help them out a speed up the process. However, Paul, on collection wanted to charge me for 30mins labour... My argument is well if it only took 30mins to find out what was wrong then a. Why wasn't u contacted and b. Why keep my car for so long.
When I rang at 430 again chasing up!! The receptionist told me that I can come and collect the car but they close at 5pm!! Tell people this!!!

I've been going to Torque Motors since I was 17. Since moved away from the area and still won't go anywhere else. Works always done correctly, no surprise costs, friendly garage. Highly recommend!

Ive been using torque for several years now and am really happy with the work and prices I've had from them. Had a really reasonable quote and good work done for some welding on a very old car. They have replaced a faulty part that was fitted and fixed another recurring electrical issue free of any charges on separate occasions, which reassured me of their honesty.
They always ring to confirm costs before taking on work, so I can prepare for costs in advance.
Friendly receptionist over the phone and in person. Having moved away from Splott, I still come back to Torque - thanks.

Great garage recommended by a friend. Professional with very reasonable prices, repair was over £300 cheaper than I'd been quoted at my local garage. Will definitely be using again

Being my first car don't have much car experience. I used this garage several times in the course of 6 months. Had the radiator replaced and engine later on due to head gasket leak that caused by the car running out of coolant after 3 months.
Having to take time off works and brought it back to them a few time for water leak issue after the engine replaced.
They are unable to identified a rather simple issue and I ended up have to take it to another garage to have it mended.

Used to be good in the past but Very Arrogant this time.
Ruined my car and left the job incomplete. Covers and panels are hanging out and lose. Charged hell amount of money but didn’t even fix the problem and conveniently said that we don’t know how to fix the fault.
